While watering my wife saw this little frog and made me bring a camera out to look at it.
The first shot is as I walked out to where the frog was.
The second shot is from about 90 degrees from the first shot. The frog did not move.
The third shot is from near to the MFD for the 300pF attached to my D500.
Bright sun, 77 F, 12:12 PM PDT.
We have a bumper crop of frogs this year. A caught a snake yesterday-garter snakes were absent until recently- they prey on frogs.

Thanx! Yes she surprised that the frog was sitting in the sun! She thinks they need to be on water at all times!
