You saw some of the hawk and vulture pictures I take in the nature area a couple miles from my weekend place near Kingsbury, IN. Post-sitters. I also get some photos from the feeder area in my yards, but nothing major until a hawk landed in the process of chasing some prey - about thirty feet away. I had my camera sitting next to me along with an attached flash. The bird was in pretty deep shade, but OMG - the flash did a great job!

The earlier ones were at the area I go to, and the two later ones on the grass, that was my yard, such as it is (More weeds than grass). If I didn't have so much crab grass, I would have a dirt yard! Thanks for looking, Chief
