I'll have 2 days - and no car. So...for a travel writer/photographer - what are the must-do/see/eat spots in Seattle (and some hidden gems please!) And maybe a B&B near the historic district. THANKS!!
Pike Place Market (FWIW, the original Starbucks is right across the street).
I wish you had longer... I'd recommend a day trip up to Victoria, BC on the hydrofoil. Fun ride and lovely town.

Go to the Space Needle and visit Chihuly Gardens. Many photo ops there.

I have time in Victoria on the way back to Seattle - it is the last cruise stop. I'm planning on visiting 2 gardens while there.
This is a BEAUTIFUL shot! I'll definitely visit the garden!

If you have the time visit Madison Park and also if time allows consider a boat trip around the shoreline of beautiful Lake Washington. Enjoy.

Try getting over to Kerry Park overlook at sunset. You will see this view.
We did a tour of the original city underground, fascinating history and opportunity for photos from an unusual perspective, but would need to use one or more of high iso, flash, tripod. The latter would probably be cumbersome.

While in Victoria, check out the water taxis and The Prince of Whales if you have time
