Sorry about the former glitched up submission. My computer has decided to rule this roost; I suspect HAL is in there somewhere. I am still not certain that I have won this war as my second attempt was overruled by (?) Telling me that my session was suddenly unguarded and I should contact my source. Lets see if #3 is the charm.
Curious, has anyone else had their computer done anything similar???
First two photos: Happy Days. Coming back home from Uncle Sam's crew to home and University of Penn Architecture School. Transport by air instead of long sea trip with 3400 others coming back for discharge due to Sergeant status. No complaints about that!
Stop for food and refuel in Labrador was interesting. Deep trenches in snow to get around .
Plane runway was packed snow and short. In the second photo only the second floor of building is visible above the snow.
On takeoff the plane ran out of runway and went right off a cliff, dropping about three feet plus before flying off. Otherwise safe and comfortable trip ending at Fort Dix, NJ where I met up with former friends from Ft. Devon who were stationed in Ethiopia. That's another story.
The Canaveral Museum was truly astonishing. Dwarfed visitors alongside these monster machines.
Next are shots from two of our many stays in England, Ireland and Scotland.
Last two are photos from Capilano Canada: Beautiful and peaceful place & worth a visit.
Hope you enjoy looking ... I enjoy sharing my tokens and memories of times past.
Have a good week.
Larry

A very interesting dialogue and images to accompany those words!!
Capilano suspension bridge park is a fantastic place to visit if you ever get the opportunity!! Been twice and would go back in a heartbeat!
Really like the first the best but, that's coming from an old USAF crew chief!
