The four cameras you mention are all great cameras. Image quality will be nearly equal given that each camera has similar specs and parameters.
Personally, I have had and used the four you have mentioned. If someone could build a camera with the features that I liked from each camera, that would be the best camera for me.
If you have never shot with a DSLR camera before then I would suggest you visit a camera store so that you can put your hands on each one to see how they feel. They will all be different. Read the on-line reviews. Check out the specs. But above all try to determine what type of camera you will need first off. Find a photographer friend that could help steer you in the direction you think you want to go. Once you make that decision and drop a few bucks into a camera body and good lenses, hopefully, it will have been the right decision. Good luck.
