Hang On To Your Shorts, Libbies. SCOTUS Released Another Decision

The Satanists and Muslims already do that with the full support of schools.
Only Christians were denied being able to pray.
My gawd but you become an even more awesome caricature as time passes!
I didn't think you could further out there...but there you are!

I go along with the decision. My only question is: why does the coach want to be so demonstrative about prayer? Prayer to me is a VERY private thing just between Jesus and me and not everyone who happened to attend a football game.
I agree, God hears our prayers in quiet just as much as He does in public or maybe more so in private. But this scripture reminds me of this topic of public prayer.
Matthew 6:5-8
“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him."
Lessons to be learned from this CF -
First, Coach Kennedy will get rich.
Second, the lawyers will get rich.
Third, the school district will get distinctly poorer.
History tells us that Christians have been religious fanatics since the inception of their ideology.

Tell you what, Archi, name any three schools in the nation that have Satanic Worshipping in public at a sporting event, and then I'll believe you.
Meantime, I just think you're full of sh!t.
What else would one put in a container like that?

Private on the 50 yard line?

This is a great day for the 1st amendment.
The court really detailed it and clearly explained that the coach has the right to pray.
Notice what brown shirted anti-Americans v**ed against it. They felt that a few wimps might be offended is they saw someone praying and
they didn't want to be included.

The coach didn't do it during the sporting event but afterward by himself. Some students wanted to join him. Guess that really bothers you
atheists.

The players have every right to join the coach in their first amendment right of expression.
He didn't Ask them they voluntarily did it thus NO problem.
That is why the coach won.
Especially the players who don't like sitting on the bench.

After the game, on their own free will without provocation or direction.
