Has anyone looked at the logs? Go to computer management and look through the system log. When you get to a critical event, look at the verbiage, and it will tell you what application, driver or hardware caused the crash - that’s an excellent diagnostic. Then run a complete memory diagnostic.
I would be surprised if you buy a Dell that came with a graphic card and still has an on board video.
