I don't think it's the WB off. I think the camera captured too few color.

I was unable to see the ISO in the EXIF data but if it was 3200, that is too high. How are the settings made? Is the camera in Auto (A)? Is the EC set to something other than 0?

It looks to me as if the photo is way over exposed.

I was able to get more detail - this was shot in Manual and it is over exposed due to a very high ISO setting of 3200, and a wide open aperture of f/3.5. You need to study the exposure triangle or use the Sunny f/16 rule.

OK.
However, they are a few more problems with the camera also and the seller decided that he would refund me. I did try a few different settings etc but at this point, it's being shipped back to him. He decided to just give me a full refund and
am good with that.

Alvin - if you still have the body to test, try setting the ISO specifically to ISO-100 and review and undo any Exposure Compensation, if applicable. Or, EV override is that's something explained in this body's manual.
