Question about my custom built (about 12 years ago) (Windows 7 Photoshop 6) (really fast & powerful in it's day) desktop: 8 gigs ram, new 250 SSD hard drive, not sure of processor. You will need to look at the minimum requirement specs of your software to determine if you might have problems. I know you didn't ask about possible new equipment but just in case you're interested I found this laptop when I was researching for myself and it will handle most anything you want to run. I'm really enjoying mine. Also i find it more affordable than buying a Mac.

Most software tells you the minimum computer spec you need. Even with that things can be awfully slow. May be best to bite the bullet and upgrade your computer. A minimum 16 gig of RAM and a decent graphics card would do the trick. High end users may want a gaming computer.

Obviously, requirements vary, depending upon what software you wish to run (now, or in the future!) My PC desktop has AMD Ryzen 5 3400G, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with 4 GB, 32 GB DDR4 RAM, 500 GB SSD, running the (always) latest Windows 10. I post with ON1, latest version, which operates at very good speed in everything I do.
A program I use - which I can recommend highly - is Sidebar Diagnostics, which gives continuous real-time information for all your hardware, in an unobtrusive fashion. Nothing on my computer ever is running at over about 30% load! ON1 is very fast - they say they have paid particular attention to making sure it is. I haven't tried other software since I upgraded my computer, but strongly doubt performance would be nearly as good (from prior experience).

Not very demanding, except for the 64-bit requirement.
Thanks for all your replies.

It looks to me like a first reading of the requirements may be misleading. Just under the require;mnt that any computer running Windows 7-11 must have a 64-bit processor are these words:
"Windows 7 and 8 are not supported but may function for some users with older versions of our software." So, the original creator of this thread does not have any AI based software, he is out of luck with this software. And remember that Win 7 machines with 64-bit processors were in the minority back when Win 7 was the latest and best.

Finally someone read the question. He has Windows 7 Operating System. It is highly unlikely it will run on his system
