Well, since the R7 has the same 32.5MP resolution as the 90D, you might think it shares that problem.
HOWEVER, the 90D doesn't have IBIS and the R7 does! That should help. Canon claims that with some IS lenses the effect of the R7's IBIS is 7 or 8 stops worth of assistance! With IS alone, the best we ever got was around 4 stops worth.
On the other hand, one reviewer noted that his R7's mechanical shutter is a bit "clunky" and seems to cause slightly less sharp images than the electronic shutter. He was guessing it might be due to internal vibrations. Not much info about shutter speeds, etc., though.
I forget which, but it was a YouTuber... probably either "Wild Alaska" or "Jan Wegener". Both have been using R7s quite a bit (mostly birds and wildlife) and if you're interested their videos can be found with a search on YT.
Oh My! Alan, thank you for all your advice, don’t know how I missed your post earlier, except that I have been traveling for work constantly since March. I love what you did to my photo, thank you. I will take your advice and try and learn the editing. My son has been trying to teach me a program but my brain does not comprehend! I’m an old lady! I have photoshop, elements I believe. Will keep the 800, just saw a video of an Auzzie guy Duane who used it with the R7, great results. Would really like to make a canvas of your edited version, not sure how to go about it!! I’m technically challenged!!! Thanks again.

I have also read a couple of articles that seemed to hint/indicate the 32.5MP sensor of the R7 is an update/redesign of the sensor in the 90D.
