So very sorry to hear this. Such experiences are like wounds and leave scars, and make it hard to relax and to trust. I hope you find a good way through the process and find some peace.

Exxon said it lost $22.4 billion in 2020
Exxon Mobil reports a $8.9 billion fourth-quarter profit as oil prices soar.
What is the salary of Darren Woods? As the Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Exxon Mobil, the total compensation of Darren Woods at Exxon Mobil is $23,494,900.

I feel very sorry for the poor Exxon company. Perhaps we can start a fund-me page for Exxon.

We are back down to the high $3 range here in Podunk, TN. Why does the west coast persist in those high prices?

There was a cellphone photo of a Diesel fill-up floating around that was ~$1,078.00 for his tractor/trailer rig. That hurts.

Remember when...everyone was complaining about gas prices going from $0.40 to $0.80 so quickly? Now when it goes from $4 to $5 everyone goes nuts.

Thanks everyone for your messages they mean a lot.
I'm OK just a bit shaken.
For those who don't already know, I was robbed at the BP petrol station today.

After my experience and initial shock, I managed to give the Police a report. Scared the life out of me.

The police were quick to respond and calmed me down which was great because I was near on having a breakdown. However, my money's all gone.

The police asked me if I knew who did it and I told them, "Yes, it was pump number 4”.

I do remember when it jumped from $.59 to $.99...only because the pumps were never designed to go over a dollar...they fixed that pretty quick.

But that took an Opec global crisis of major proportions....this just seems to be homegrown...incompetence.
US is up to its eyeballs in energy.

Sad to hear about your WOES, Bill, but the world is sharing your problems and hopes that it ends soon. Don't blame it on pump #4, blame it on the greedy oil execs from BP, I hope your recovery goes well, glad that I don't drive anymore.

Because they can, Stan, I lived in California in the 70s, when the gas crises hit and gas got to over 3 dollars a gallon, I made a trip to my HomeState of Texas for a vacation and gas was 1.47 a gallon, nobody at my job in Calif. believed me, but I had pictures to prove it.
