I had fun editing this one....249 shots combined into 1 using PS. I did have to take out a lot of airplanes and I missed the North Star ...dang it! I normally don't do these types of shots so all comments, critique's welcome. This was at our camp in Quartzsite AZ.

How can I improve, what editing would you do?

Nikon D500 Sigma 15-35 F1.8, 15 sec exposure, 24m, iso 800, wb 3580

i would probably take out some of the dimmer trails in PS use dust and scratches under filters to take them out. Then some saturation to get the more colorful blue, yellow, and red trails to show up. Nice effort, combining that many shots in PS is rather time consuming.

If anyone has really seen a "dark sky", one counts the dark spots, not the stars.

Couldn't agree more, Bill! Not sure how I would've counted them all, at hunting camp, in the Bob Marshall Territory years ago!
Probably not all that far from Cindy's, home turf.

Nice one Cindy. Never tried this before.
To me looks very well. DON'T KNOW HOW YOU COULD IMPROVE OTHER THAN REMOVING THE LIGHTS ON BOTTOM AND HIGHLIGHTING FOREGROUND A LITTLE.
PLUS INCLUDING NORTH STAR. OTHERWISE I LIKE IT ALOT IT IS A HANGER!!
GREAT JOB - THANKS FOR SHARING!!
