They don’t live in this house but are beginning some preservation/restoration things. They decorated it for Christmas for a family gathering on Christmas night. It’s a very interesting place with a lot of history attached to it.

There is a FB group "Friday Night Photoshop" and every Friday night the instructor goes over some aspect of PS - a program I have but find not very intuitive. (the group is public but you have to ask to join and the sessions are free - there are options to record, or view prior classes/topics "on demand")

Now that’s the good thing about my aging memory, I tend to idealize the past. I lived in the Catskills in NY and do remember hating the “black ice”. Thanks for refreshing my memory. Guess its true there is no Xanadu.
