We've been married 45 years - I am very familiar with happy wife, happy life. How do you think I got all of my camera gear? (actually it was business, but still we make decisions like that together).

But I am the jefe en mi casa - She is VERBOTEN from entering MY kitchen - I don't think she minds though. She is German, btw. She loves el sabor criollo! And I am a decent German/Swiss cook/baker. Makes for interesting meals.

Forty years today - Wife is a very good cook, and always delivers a fine meal when I can't for some reason, but no one but the dogs can come into the kitchen if I'm cooking something complex. A bit like a mine field of canines. The Family Knows better and are less spoiled!!
