A mid-June dawn over the Maine Coast viewed from Cadillac Mtn in Acadia National Park.
A heavy fog enveloped the entire scene with the lights of Bar Harbor glowing under a dome of fog.
The wind then picked-up and started to blow everything eastward over Frenchman Bay to Schoodic Peninsula.
One of the last opportunities to make a spur-of-the-moment trip up Cadillac Mtn before the National Park Service turned the it all into East Berlin with their reservation system.
