Good morning all from a bright and milder day here in London, 14'C here today!!

Have had a busy couple of days so won't be doing much that requires my getting out of my chair but Christmas card writing is definitely on the agenda!!

Just finished doing my cards, it's up to DH when he does his, I flatly refuse to do his and if he doesn't it's his family that miss out. xxxx

Good morning from sunny Surrey. Mr P saus thank you for his birthday wishes. We had a great time, family came over and we had a Chinese takeaway.

Meeting up with the girls of the family to go to Windsor Illuminations today. Lovely fun weekend.

In the 55 years I have known him, DH has never written nor sent a Christmas card!! He's not too hot on borthday cards either!!! xxxx

I may have said this before and I apologize if I have. Harold parked his Harley in the bank parking lot. When he came out he hopped on the bike and took off. After a mile or two he realized it was not his bike. He quickly went back to the bank. The owner of the other Harley was sitting there leaning against Harold's Harley laughing.

Morning from my gray, cloudy, ugly corner of the world. Nothing good is happening today and nothing good will happen tomorrow. Nothing to look forward to this week except a doctor appointment on Tuesday. That is really nothing to look forward to but it is all I got. Very sick of covid and sometimes it just gets me down. Now onward and upward because being depressed about it is no help to anyone. Now picking up my knitting to make the second fingerless mitt for an order. Knitting is uplifting and I am so thankful I know how and have a large stash of yarn to play with.

I know exactly how you feel about covid, just when you think it might be a bit safe to venture out in comes a new variant and new restrictions being brought in. The way this one is spreading so fast I can see trouble ahead. xx

I agree. Cheer up things could be worse. So I cheered up and things got worse. You and I often share this famous thought....... "This too shall pass."
