Those who make money from photos what percent of income would you say is derived from the following:
Birds in Flight
Birds in general
Wildlife excluding birds
Sports (All types)
Architecture
Macro bugs
Macro flowers
Landscape
Moon/Astro
Weddings
Nudes
Portraits of all other types
Scientific
All other photos

Just wondering what actually has any monetary value and especially enduring value to those besides the photographer alone.

Edit: some people overthink things or do not know. So to help read below:

If you do not shoot a category then ignore it.
Very simple.
If all you do for money is weddings then just say weddings 100%
if two categories then say 20% this and 80% that.
So simple that anyone can do it

OK, I will bite. When I started teaching you did not make much. I got a boost for teaching special education but also did wedding photography on the side. My first year teaching went like this
teaching 50%
wedding photography 50%
Within two years it was
teaching 30%
wedding photography 70%
This stayed the same until I got into administration, then I was charging a lot more for weddings because my time with the family became a concern, so for a few years I was more
administration 60%
wedding photography 40%
Weddings kept going down as I advanced in administration, my last ten years in education I had given up professional photography all together, so it was
administration 99%
family and seniors 1%
now that I am fully retired I do shows about once every two years and have my images in several local establishments and also sell a ton of photo greeting cards, so now currently it is more like
retirement income 90%
odds and ends photography 10%
But, I enjoy the photography more today than I did when I was doing 30-40 weddings a year.
That's my story.
I did not mention that during college I was a photo journalist for UPI, a Nikon Rep. and did senior's, weddings, and family portraits. But since I did not have a regular job besides working in a steel mill in the summers to pay for college it would be hard to put a percentage on that.

Really odd survey choices. Most of them are quite unrelated to making money.

You are forcing all the actual working photographers to lean heavily on “all other”. You give BIFs it’s own heading. BIFs have nothing to do with commerce.

Entertainment Quotient: Medium High.

To quote a now deceased Illinois Senator, “There’s lies, there’s damned lies, and then there’s statistics”.

In 2019 the average wage in US was 51,916.27. Who made more than that from photography?

A simple question
My simple answer
Architure and interiors/commercial.

I don't understand the verbal abuse here.

At least I know how to answer a question.
