Your camera is only as good as you can use it.
The ones that think they are.
Professional photographers know the secret is a full-frame camera.

I've had 4 tripods that I thought were excellent for years.
I came here and learned my tripods and heads are all poo poo. Now I'll have to go out and buy new tripods and heads. I guess if it'll make me a better photographer...new tripods it must be.
It doesn't end there, I have to get some new cameras too! The ones I have are no good either.
But the only good cameras are mirrorless and to get good pictures, you need mirrorless lenses so all my old lenses will have to go.
So glad I know all this now so I can go out and buy all the stuff I need to take better pics!

Heh heh...
I have a tripod, it has a 3-way head, yea, some company made it.
I think Manfroto made the head (3 year old addition).
I use it, it works.
I don't know but I am in group 1 and I am definitely not the professional.
I'll spin this one back to the extent that equipment can influence outcomes, and I do like fine equipment of any kind. What is important to me, and it was effective with people who reported to me in business, and those I taught Martial Arts is the learning model. It is called the four stages of learning. It is my entire path in any serious area of interest.

Once in a while I get lucky. Unconscious Competence is not common, but observed on occasion. In the Martial Arts, "A mind like Water, a mind like the moon". Seen regularly in high level performers.
I go back and forth between the the groups; but you never have enough toys
One of my favorite sayings is: :Beware of an old person who owns only one gun, chances are he knows how to use it". Same applies to someone who owns only one camera.
In Re: That, another aphorism "One is none, two is one."
