Is it worth to buy the newest lens nikon 70-300 4.5-5.6 or whether the old one 4.5-6.3 which cost just 250$ vs the newest one that costs 750$??

That's a lot of money for a slight difference in aperture. Maybe the new lens is much better in other ways.

Lots of info here -

Your D7500 supports the AF-P version. You'll need to decide if you want to the DX or FX model and / or with or w/o VR. Look at your longer-term plans regarding DX vs FX and see if that guides your decision.

thank you CHG_CANON. my longer-term plan is to switch to mirrorless camera. so I guess I will purchase the 70-300 4.5-6.3 g vr lens. this lens support the VR through the camera option ,it doesn't has a physical switch on the lens.

My d7500 also works with the af-s lens in case that was a question.

I like the AF-P DX 70-300 VR 4.5-6.3 because you get great range, fast focusing, good price, excellent image quality, and it weighs less than a pound. You'll never notice the half stop less aperture; your dynamic range can easily make up the difference, and you'll save $500 and the extra weight.
That said, I would not plan for buying anything but FF size cameras and the Z lenses for mirrorless. If you are making a transition from DX DSLR to mirrorless, go whole hog.

"...Is it worth to buy the newest lens nikon 70-300 4.5-5.6..."? I assume you are referring to the "newest" variant the Nikon 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6E VR AF-P FX srom...

Well I purchased it from B&H "new" for $596.95 soon after it's release and immediately sold my DX variant...

This FX variant is considerably more germane for the genre I work in. And the 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6E VR AF-P FX variant is on constant Back Order... It's that popular! (enough said).

Did I like the DX variant of the AF-P? Yes it works well (see below) albeit is a very poor second to the newer FX variant... those two variants are in totally different leagues entirely, not even close.

My question to you srom is what genre to you anticipate using this optic in? Yes this could significantly impact your user experience and if you'll be able to meet and/or exceed your expectations (and those of potential clients).

Hope this helps or is at least food for thought...

I would select the AF-P version, not the older versions, especially if you plan to go mirrorless at some point. The AF-P version is lighter, focuses silently, and is sharp all the way to 300mm, where the older versions tend to get soft beyond 200mm. Also, Nikon does not have a 70mm-300mm lens on its mirrorless road map, so a lens like that will not be available in the Z mount anytime soon.

The AF-P version balances well on the Z50 or full frame Z6, since it's light. It's also relatively inexpensive. I would get the FX (full frame) version, since it is built better.

I have the VR FX version where the focus engine broke. Had to learn that Nikon had focus engine left and they used it but it wasn’t right, strong enough on a long run.
If they fixed this problem than it’s a great lens.

I own the DX AF P version and the old FX AF version. Nice to have both but hardly use either one enough to dump $$ on a third version. My AF P is great on my D3400, very sharp and quick focusing. I use the old AF on my older bodies D50, D80 and D90.

I just picked up the AF_P 70-300 4.5:5.63 G ED. Dam good lens.. I just shoot a couple stops faster with no VR...Same glass. I picked it up for $100 on eBay, like new.

Here are a couple shots I took really quick upon arrival. 300mm hand held at 1/320.
