Just got a Nikkor AF-P 70-300mm 1:4.5-6.3G lens, like new for $100.....test shots are great. I tried to find one with VR but not in this price range. I am supper happy with it.

here are a few I shot real quick SOOC. Just an NEF file saves as JPG with FastStone image viewer. Not ran through light room yet.

Between this and the Topaz order I got today, pretty good early Christmas to myself!!

Thanks Paul.... Later today, after installing the topaz package, I might take a look see (might). But I'm really happy with the lens so far.

Great deal you will enjoy that lens. I have the same with VR I bought new. It's a popular range - Nikon made many variants of the 70-300 but all the ones I've used have great IQ.

Thanks Chris....I got it on E-Bay.....Better than the seller described. This lens is like new. I got lucky....I had bad luck finding the one with VR at a good price.....But it is the same glass, so I just shoot with a faster SS.

Thanks Barbara. I appreciate it. The pups are full grown. My sons dogs. He is living here in his rv since his house burned down, until he can move it to the site. The tan one just had pups two months ago and he is selling the for $1200 each. Got two left.

Thanks Dan. I is fast focusing. and I am happy with it so far. I shot those at 1/320th at 300mm... A small amount of motion blur but not bad. I've been wanting this lens for awhile. Roberts camera had one but to high for condition. They still have it on ebay.

Thanks Chief... Glad you liked it. I've taken other shot of it but not as good. This lens is good. I'm happy with it so far. Now to get serious with it. These were just quick snapshots in the back yard to test the lens.
