Some fun with autumn photos

Went to the Blue Ridge Parkway earlier this week. The color was almost gone and the sky was bright blue and cloudless. The first photo shows what it looked like. The other two are more like what I wanted it to look like. Gotta love the sky replacement feature of PhotoShop.

ON1 added this feature recently in its 2022 version. It works great, as well. I know a lot of photographers are not fans of sky replacement, but I think it's fine and a personal preference. Your photographs demonstrate that when sky replacement is used correctly, it can be quite effective and look natural.

I used to subscribe to ON1 but let it lapse because I wasn't using it enough to justify the cost. Using features like this can enhance an otherwise dull image. Best to be done in small doses though. Thanks for stopping by and adding your comments. Let's see a few from ON1!
