On our road trip earlier this month we spent the 1st 3 days travelling through Michigan from Indiana. Our 3rd day we encountered some heavy rain and this post will share our arrival in Ludington and some better weather which had me reaching for my camera. Bob

Great looking photos! Looks like typical Lake Michigan. Spent many summers on the lake. Love the Ludington Light House photo! Nice work.
Thanks for taking us along.

Thank you Webbie62......For checking out my Ludington post. Glad you liked it and that you are familiar with the area. We enjoyed ourselves and of course I tried hard to choose 10 out of probably 70 photos for this post! The next morning we took the 4 hour ferry ride across to Wisconsin. (I'll also do a post on that part.....in a few days.) Thanks again for your kind comments. Bob
Thanks NMGal......for enjoying another portion of our road trip. Much appreciated, Bob

Because of the physical layout Michigan is not a "pass-through" state. The only place to get to by passing THROUGH Michigan is its Upper Peninsula, The U P as it is commonly called. The only thing to find in the U P is Youppers, and the can be reclusive. Ludington is just the beginning of the western shoreline. Hope you ventured further north to "God's Country." The Sleeping Bear is a photographer's dream. Then, there is THE bridge! C'mon UP!
Interesting series, a patient wife is a necessity for a photographer.
