That SOB used American taxpayer money to torture dogs. The torture included slicing the animal's larynx so the dogs couldn't bark or whine or be heard crying. Here's a little gift for all you F***i supporters: Imagine not being able to move or cry out as fleas eat into your eyes and nostrils and sinus cavity. It took days and days for the insects to eat away enough of the puppies brain tissue before it k**led them.

F***i used 1.86 million of taxpayer money to fund that "experiment" in the Republic of Tunisia (northern Africa) because it is a criminal offence to torture animals here in America.

Today it is puppies in Tunisia. Tomorrow it will be you at the mercy of the America's poster child -Dr. Anthony Mengela F***i.

Surely, the decision-makers expected that as with any drug, a handful of individuals would experience some reaction to the v*****e. They made their decision in accord with the doctrine of utility, meaning the benefit outweighs the danger.

Bear in mind as well that hundreds of millions of individuals across the planet have received the v*****e with no ill effect, as foreseen.
