We live in a cul-de-sac and as the only retirees of the six households, we are often asked by the carriers if we could take in a parcel, they will post a note through the buyer's door telling them where it's at. If we get one delivered and we are not in (and nobody else) they will leave a note telling us it's in the recycling bin at the side of the house.

Your lucky Jerry, I recently received a box with nothing in it....the tape had split!!
