For a statement like the one that Pelosi said context is not necessary. Media's job is to report, not sell. Even if she ,made a mistake ajnd did not mean "sell" it still shows bias

I have never had the opportunity to listen to the state media of China or even the OLD Provada of the Soviet Union.
I can’t help but wonder what personal experiences you have had listening to state-run media in China or the old Soviet Union.

Those of us without out our head in the sand saw the context from the news conference.

Before that statement she tried to describe what was in the bill and couldn't. Then she practically repeated her own previous admonition that the bill has to be passed before we can see what's in it. At that point she caught herself repeating history and then took a different tack and implied the media was failing in its duty to explain the bill to the public.

Is that enough context for you. Watch it on C-Span then.

I have read some of the stuff coming out of the Chinese news service, I had to double check to make sure that I wasn't reading the New York Times.
