Thank you Bob. You probably knew there was a rodeo in Duncan’s Mills last weekend. I suspect it was where you’ve gone to get shots of the Civil War reenactment. I regretted not having time to go, but the beach was a nice alternative. The weather couldn’t have been better.

It’s an easy drive up Hwy 1 about 30 minutes beyond Bodega Bay. The beach is lovely and not crowded midweek. Nice restrooms and a couple of picnic tables are near the parking lot. Much of Hwy 1 has been repaved, too.
