I just downloaded the latest version of ON1 and was playing around with sky replacement. It seems to work well. I added the sky with the clouds. What do you think?
The trees in the upper left seem to have a lot of blue tinge around the branches in both images. I would look for that in a sky replacement and try to eliminate it.
Beyond that, the clouds are just right for this picture.
Beyond that, I like replacing sky's myself, but have no interest in having software do "all" of it for me. I think it's similar to photographers not liking auto mode, no matter how good it is...

Thanks for looking and for the comment. How do you replace skies?

I just make a selection and replace it the old fashioned way. I don't have or use the auto sky replacement features of PS and I guess other editors now that do that for you. I'm not much of a fan of auto modes of camera or editors. If there was a button on my camera or on my editors that one click would give you a perfect picture, I'd quit editing and taking pictures. I guess for me it's the process more than the just the product.
I'm happy modern editors have improved selection tools to make it easier to do, but somewhere I draw the line. It's a conundrum.
Someone recently posted a pic where PS did a perfect sky replacement. It looked great, but alas, found myself mumbling about it, I guess it's like a perfect SOOC picture. Nice, but not what floats my boat. I'm much happier with a picture with 20 layers of edits to get something I like, than a SOOC, or 1 click edit to get something I like.

Thanks. I enjoy the results of processing photos, as well. I find sky replacements just one more tool in the box. Incidentally, I find it rare that one click will replace a perfect sky, regardless of the program. Once you “click”, there is usually more editing required to blend the sky correctly into the photo.

Better than Mother Nature ☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️
I prefer the original. White puffy clouds might have been better?

Thanks, Delderby. Perhaps. I tried a few skies and this seemed the best fit with the existing shadows and coloring.

Thanks Stan. Much appreciated!
I think it's not your sky.
