So true...you can tell a person's character by how they treat animals and waiters/waitress staff!

On an equine body scale index these guys are actually not that bad…maybe a 2-3 out of a possible 9/10. Still neglected, but definitely savable. I have seen, and rescued, far worse.

I have had horses for years and there is no way you can tell me that these guys are "actually not that bad". Three of these guys would not have made the winter here the way they are and that's according to the vets here, so to me ...they are bad. 1 had already died out of the 17 they confiscated.

You sound like a real trouble-maker! Thank goodness for people like you! Too many people would have just stood by and watched those poor animals suffer. I appreciate people who are unafraid to make a little trouble when it is warranted. I'm glad the local animal control people listened to you and did something to help those horses.
