My comment is that the requests for audits ENDED BEFORE Congress certified the E*******l College v**es.
At this point, we're already 9 months past the date when States needed to certify their 2020 E*******l College v**es, and over 8 months past when Congress certified the State E*******l College v**es!
By the way, States didn't certify their E*******l College v**es until December 13, 2016
