However the 11k margin was FAR smaller than the 56k b****ts that had critical issues but were counted anyway. The issues ranged from unverified addresses to unverified signatures to unverified residency to potential duplicate b****t casting and other concerns. While the investigation validated the result on one face, other findings guarantee one of two outcomes for the future. Either reforms will clarify validation process, or every future e******n will be suspected as fraudulent.
