All good suggestions.... one more for going the PayPal route. As a buyer, I usually request an invoice from the seller. It's the easiest way to add credibility to the transaction. Certainly, not necessary but worth the time and effort especially if a dispute arises. It's an easy and convenient way to document the entire transaction.
