To be clear…I did not advise you to “Google” anything as I am totally ANTI-Google.

I suggested I had a similar issue and found a solution that worked by looking through the Help associated with the App with the issue to find a solution that worked.

To be clear do not use Google even if it has the answer. LoL

One can search for a correct answer without using Google’s tools.

Dear Sodapop: I guess that's why they call it "UGLY"Hedgehog. Don't take it personally or you will go over the cliff. At times I think this site would dry up if it wasn't for some of the real talented and educated people here. Some of which goes way beyond photography. At times people spoof and pull a leg or two and it is difficult to discern without seeing a face or gesture in real time. Kind of like texting. Take it all with a grain of salt and just say "next". Smile... the world is full of "special people" here.

Some people can't be bothered looking for answers, Google or otherwise. They depend on others most of the time. If you look at the OP's threads many start off with the word 'problem' somewhere in the first paragraph. There is nothing wrong with asking questions, but folks should try at least a little to stand on their own two feet.

Whether you found it helpful or not it was good advice. Even if you didn’t find the advice helpful maybe you should still accept the fact that someone was trying to help graciously instead of getting snippy.
