Keep getting a message on home screen that Adobe CC is missing and has to be replaced. Have replaced it a number of times and the message still comes up. All my Cloud apps work perfectly, including the cloud main screen. Anyone know what is going one?

Thanks

At the risk of appearing to be a smart ass, it might be a good idea to call Adobe and ask them. 1 (800) 833-6687

Gee never thought of that.(LOL) . Of course I did think of it.. Thought I would ask my friends here on UHH first to see if they had a similar experience. Many times they do. You answer was not helpful at all.

My Creative Cloud window was blank but I was not having issues with the apps. I did a search through Adobe help and it provided instructions to first “repair,” then “reinstall” the Creative Cloud app. That worked.

Sorry, I no longer have the link.

Whether you found it helpful or not it was good advice. Even if you didn’t find the advice helpful maybe you should still accept the fact that someone was trying to help graciously instead of getting snippy.

I don't know why, but I found humor in your response Bob. Thanks for the light hearted chuckle.

To those that get upset with my responses (on occasion), I have one thing to say... "lighten up Francis".

Thank s to all for helpful responses. I guess its great advice that every question should be look it up on Google gets you off the hook. Just admit that you don't know or don't bother to answer anything. I usually ask my friends if they know a good plumber first. Hopefully they don't blow me off by telling me to go check the internet, dummy Thought my photo friends were here. (It's OK to not know an answer)

Dear Sodapop: I guess that's why they call it "UGLY"Hedgehog. Don't take it personally or you will go over the cliff. At times I think this site would dry up if it wasn't for some of the real talented and educated people here. Some of which goes way beyond photography. At times people spoof and pull a leg or two and it is difficult to discern without seeing a face or gesture in real time. Kind of like texting. Take it all with a grain of salt and just say "next". Smile... the world is full of "special people" here.

There should be a section where you can only respond if you have a specific answer. But we don't have a section like that. So, the best answer so far was, lighten up Francis.

How sad to be so grumpy about such a small thing.

To be clear…I did not advise you to “Google” anything as I am totally ANTI-Google.

I suggested I had a similar issue and found a solution that worked by looking through the Help associated with the App with the issue to find a solution that worked.
