I listened to this in its entirety and what she said was very powerful
I am v******ted of my own free will. But my beef is what Biden the Dicktator wants to mandate. The American people don’t like to be pushed around or lied to, and the Constitution and courts will not and should not be fooled by him and his foolish followers' bullying.

Yes, but I am just talking about Dickhead Biden, the Congress, and the Federal govt.. Not Private businesses or state government.
Chief Justice Marshall’s famous opinion in Gibbons v. Ogden (1824). This part of the opinion identifies activities over which the federal government has NO jurisdiction:
“[I]nspection laws … form a portion of that immense mass of legislation, which embraces every thing within the territory of a State, not surrendered to the general government: all which can be most advantageously exercised by the States themselves. Inspection laws, quarantine laws, health laws of every description, as well as laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c., are component parts of this mass. No direct general power over these objects is granted to Congress; and, consequently, they remain subject to State legislation.”
There is no Supreme Court authority respected more than Marshall, and he himself told us that “health laws of every description” are matters for determination by the states. Not by Congress, and not by the President.

YouTube has no “video people”.. it is a public forum for others to post their videos.
What I mean is YouTube per se does not have videographers who are employed by YouTube to gather news.
