I’ve had Canon’s for several years - which I like. However, last winter I slipped on some ice and in try to catch myself badly tore some tendons/ligaments in my right arm My Canons including a 100-400mm lens are now too heavy to carry/use.
My wife bought me the subject camera which is MUCH lighter and - so far - appears to be a decent substitute……except it has so many software options, I am having PROBLEMS utilizing it.
I’ve downloaded the nearly 600 page manual but often can’t find the solution to my then current problem.
Does someone have recommendations on alternative learning sources?
Thanks

I have uaed this author's guides for each of my SONY cameras and he answers the questions reasonably well. He also outlines his menue settings and why he has chosen them. Very helpful. Two week free trial.................https://www.friedmanarchives.com/sony-rx-10-iv/
The amazing lens and 1 inch sensor by itself make this camera worth it. The more you learn just expands your the quality and types of pictures you can take.
