Come early- there's usually enough but, they occasionally run out... but makin' do with boudin or andouille sausage and a biscuit isn't much of a hardship...

It's sorta like turtle soup but thicker... more of a chowder (but no potatoes) and quite zippy in the way of spices... very tasty! You'll like it!
