Is there a way to mass-save my photos, with all the edits I have made in Lightroom, so they would be viewable in all their beauty by my heirs after I pass?

Export them to JPG's, or TIF's.

One at a time for 12,000? Is there a mass process?

Go to the library page.

Press ctrl-A (Windows) (probably Command-A on the Mac). That will select all of them.

Press the export button.

That will do them all. But it might take a while.

(Note: if you have images stacked, that process may only export the primary image to jpg/tif/png (whatever you specify in the export dialog)).

Define "mass save".
As in from what? the editor? your computer?
Do you save your edits as JPEGS? TIFFs?
Otherwise you get a ton of suggestions, half of which will not apply.

I use Bridge and Camera Raw then finish in Photoshop. I do use LR once in a while for jpg photos but I just import a few photos I am the same as you I have my own filing system.

Yes, as DirtFarmer explained, you can export as many (or as few) images as you select to export at one time. You can give them a custom output name, including a counter or date or other attributes. More images will take longer. You might chose to let the process run overnight if planning a run of 12,000 at a time.

As said in posts above, yes you can export multiples.

First, select the ones you want to export then LR will export all of the selected photos. 12,000 is a lot you might want to do that in stages.

If you only a want images that have been adjusted you can filter for that.

The more I think about it, the more I favor putting instructions in my will, to bury my hard drives and computer with me. My heirs don’t want to see the images when I am alive so they missed their chance. 🤣 And then I can use them in the afterlife. 😉
