I'm inclined to agree with Gabyto. See the following. Compare the candy images and the drug images to your image. It looks more like the drug image. In any case I would take it the the police and have them test it. If it's the artifical fentanyl, your friend has a serious problem.

Alpha Bay was seized in 7/2017, I don't know if they sold drugs. If people were making drugs disguise d as PEZ candy it would be all over the news, paper and tv. To warm the people. It would be a big deal.

Rotate it 180 degrees and it will spell the its name, "PEZ." It as a candy that has been around for over half a century.

Addicts are unemployable.
Left to themselves, addicts contribute to crime rates unless they're rich to start with, then they are tolerated.
