She found this on her floor and is very concerned. It says ZED.
Not certain but I bet if she builds a fancy ZED holder for it it will sell by the Zillions.
It's a PEZ candy. Look around for the PEZ dispenor.

This is a drug pill. You can only get it with a doctor prescription. Do you have teenagers living with you?. In case you do get them drug test pronto. This will only get worse. Opioids are killing these teenagers a very fast pace. Do not ignore this pill. This is very serious listen to your gut feeling.

I know Opiods are a serious problem but this is a PEZ candy.

Agree, it's a "P" not a "D", also shape is correct. Anything is possible, someone making illegal drug to look like candy, but PEZ are still sold at least in western Maryland.
Also, if something else and someone has already tried it, this is not the place to ask, call an emergency number for drugs, they would certainly know if locals are making fake, toxic PEZ.
I know exactly what it is and they are highly addictive....fattening and can cause tooth decay. Millions of children had became hooked and would scour the streetsides looking for glass soda bottles that they could redeem for two-cents to get their "fix" for the day. They would disguise their addiction by placing them in little holder that they could disguise as a toy.
They were manufactured and distributed through a conspiracy of the organized crime family of local corner Confectionaries and the Dental Mafia. Oh the horror...!
I think it's a PEZ candy. The candy in the photo is upside down. The letter Z looks correct regardless if it turned around. The letter E looks backwards. The letter D in the photo could be correct but it's lower case. Why would someone use two upper case letters and one lower case. If you turn the candy around it spells PEZ, all upper case letters

It's a pill imported from New Zealand, home of the Zedders.
When in doubt, taste it. If it's sweet your ok. 🤔🤔
