The "ORIGINAL COPY" reminds me of a true story - government bureaucracy & stupidity.
Many years ago I worked for an insurance company that want to get approved to do business in Texas. We got together all the required documents, corporate seals, notarized signatures, brought in corporate officers from the home office in California. Took everything to the Texas Department of Insurance for review & approval.
The guy from TDI studied everything, paused & said "Sorry I can't approve this."
"Why not???"
"These are all original documents, the rules say we require 'original copies'."
So off we went, got everything copied, stamped, notarized -----Then he approved it.
