OK, I'm going to need some help... again.
Maybe we should go back to guiding at the OAG through the eyepiece and keeping a guide star within the crosshairs using a hand controller and shooting film and hoping for the best. 🥸🥸🥸

If you think you can find any film, let alone a way to process it.
I finally found a key, I have to zoom in to 100% and the faint wispies start showing.
Now I'm working on converting fit to a viewable format.
But... by God, I do have images. Good ones. In good old Black and White and Gray all over.

I will stick with my OSC camera, because i still haven't come close to mastering it. I'll leave the higher tech imaging up to you guys with the time and patience.

Mate, give astrophotography tool ago...
The simulation of histo stretch during framing / imaging is brilliant.
File format is great too because you can record in fits & auto produce Jpg thumbs for previewing.
Image sequence is great with automated scripts too.
Auto focus & plate solve is a breeze.
Runs in conjunction with phd2 & most guiding software.
And best of all its free with amazing tech support.
I use the Pro version £16 pa.
Simply amazing
Sonny , Marc is right about connecting usb3 to anything other than the computer directly . I run an extension with it and it hasn't had any issues. everything working fine if I could just get out there but, not in this ridiculous boil. This camera has to have all calibrations which is also what a CCD camera requires. I've shot on m81 and m51 and still haven't got a chance to get it together with this enormous honey do list that keeps growing ." We do crazy things for Love" my friend. That at the least keeps me in good graces , crossing my fingers. This camera is super sensitive to any stray light also.
