Loc: Live in My RV Full Time. I am nomadic
Hi, I am Janet. I am a nomad living full-time in my tiny RV. I travel. I love photography and realize there is still so much to learn. I probably will stealth on this site for a while.
I used to be a watercolor artist but after my husband died 8 years ago I gave it up and took up photography instead.
I shoot with a Canon D80, Tamron 18-400 lens, I also have a few macro lenses. I also shoot with my brand new iPhone 12 pro.
I have no subject focus.
How is your Tamron 18-400. I bought one new that was defective and wouldn’t focus past 300 mm. Very disappointed. It was what I needed for driving around my place. I thought.
Welcome to UHH, Janet. Safe travels to you and best wishes on your photography adventures.

I love my Tamron and have had no problems with it.
Welcome to the forum, Janet! You've got some fine equipment, and an artistic background, so I'm sure you'll be sharing some awesome photos with us. Let us know where you are, so we can have some perspective on your opportunities. (Your friends here are from everywhere, and have been everywhere!)
Welcome to this space. Looking forward to hearing from you. Just returned from Nags Head NC and Rehoboth Beach. Felt really good to get out there in the world with my Nikon D610 and my Nikor 24-70.

Hi Janet, Welcome to the hog. As time goes on, you will find many friends here, all willing and able to help you with your photography. Don't hesitate to ask questions. You will get amazing answers along with some funny ones. Also, with many people here, if you are in my or someone else's "neck of the woods," (New Hampshire,in my case,) during your travels, PM (private message) me or them for a phone number and have a get together. But above all, HAVE FUN!
Welcome aboard and we look forward to seeing images from your travels. We have an RV also however I don't believe that the Better Half and I could survive being that close to each other every minute of the day although our five dogs surely would not care as long as there was furniture for them to stretch out on.

Wife is quite pleased after several thousand shots with a D7500. Great walk around lens with excellent capabilities. (We have not gone over any shots with a magnifying glass!
