Taken almost twenty years ago with my first digital camera. An HP 850. A whopping 4 MP. The son of a friend on my first visit to his home near Ludlow Vt. I was really tickled by these maneuvers.

I am enchanted with the expressions of young people. Somehow more rewarding than all the other pictures I have taken.

I guess if I had to pick one I might go with the second one just because it shows that these two had a real bond. Charlie was so careful with the bird. Despite that it l looked alarmingly as if he was strangling his buddy, the bird didn’t act as if anything unusual was going on.
