We did that a few times and I love the trip, but Kathy doesn't like the prolonged drive, plus it's a pretty good run to our rental in Gardiner. We spend most of our time in the north or Lamar and we found a house we have enjoyed for several weeks and she's in charge. (You smarten up after fifty years...) Otherwise you'd be buying lunch!

Fear and common sense help as well!
We've got a lot a things going and I've not had the time to do much with pics. I tried to get more birds this time and I got a few good ones, bear, moose, Pika,etc. The wildlife was pretty much nuts with the exception of Hayden Valley. The record breaking crowds are quite obvious, so thermal features haven't been on our agenda!
