Good one! Haven't made these in ages. Always ate them with English or Chinese Mustard. Yum!

Thanks for your comment Quixdraw. I have not put mustard on one. I do happen to have both kinds of mustard. I guess I have not used my English mustard in awhile. I just checked and it expired in 2018.

You always find unique, interesting and delicious recipes to make, Jill. Two of these with coffee and juice would make a perfect breakfast. If I lived near you, I’d weigh 300 lbs.

Thank you for another kind comment, John. I love to try new recipes. I have seen your phots your are a great cook too!

My mother was Italian so I learned to cook helping her in the kitchen growing up. Back then, I thought it was one of my chores but quickly learned it was an old family legacy going back to Italy she was passing on to me. When she passed away, I made a looseleaf cookbook of all her main recipes and gave a copy to everyone in the family. Our three children also cook and are teaching our three grandchildren. It makes me very proud.
