looking to buy a new Canon 7d mark2 - body only. Cannot find.
I just bought one for $700 on eBay that had recently been inspected by Canon and had a 10,000 shutter count. Included was a “ like-new” 18-135 ef-s canon lens. I bought another one on eBay last year for about the same money without the lens. It takes some time looking at the auction items and thoroughly researching each Individual item. I look for real bargains and quality. No defects accepted. Low shutter counts. Wait. Until the very end of the auction and Make a bid of at least $100 than the current bid. It takes 2 submit your bid clicks on your devise. I usually bid with 20 seconds left on the clock. Most of the time, your actual bid only amounts to $10-$25 over the asking price. You rarely spend the $100 you have bid. eBay just rolls the bid enough to be a few $$ higher than the next highest bid. Good luck.
Try a find a like new one on the used market ( eBay,etc ). I have bought 2 “like new” used ones. In the past year for less than $750. One came with a perfect 18-135 canon ef-s lens. Both had around 10,000 shutter clicks. The camera is rated for 250,000 clicks. It takes some time shopping ,, but never ore than a week or so.

Thanks for mentioning the Canon 7D Mk ll. I have wanted one for years and finally have found a good used one.(9500) shutter count. Even though it is an old camera(2014) I enjoy using it and have had some excellent results.
