Just because you were pimped by one customer service agent doesn't mean the whole basket of apples is bad.
You entered a plea at a higher level - and apparently your issue was taken care of there.
So - in the end, with all the pushing and shoving - everything was worked out.
I don't use Amazon for everything - but - if after looking around, if I am comfortable with their pricing AND their 'free' shipping with no hassle returns (just used this week with a scanner sold as new that on receipt had obviously been used) - well - Amazon gets the nod.
Yes - the Devil wears Prada. But as long as I don't have to have an embedded RF ID chip in my forearm to make purchases, Amazon will remain an option. Don't cut your nose off to spite your face.
