Thank you, MT for your comments along with the two smileys. It is a great lens but it does not always perform as it should using an adapter to my Canon R5. I will hold out for a Canon RA L 100-500 for the R5.

Hi Greg, have you tried more testing with the old lens? For example, getting IBIS to always be active by setting it up in the menu with the lens off.
I’m seriously interested in the R5 but want to use old lenses.
