She is taken out under tow every July 4th and docked on the opposite side as the previous year. One year she is bow in, docked on the port side, the following year she is bow out facing the habah (Boston speak for Harbor). docked on the starboard side.

When in town, I recommend two viewpoints. One is one the hill where the Old North Church is. The other is to take either of the Trolly tours because they stop and various historical sites where one can get off see the sites and can catch the next trolly through at no additional fee. One of the stops is at the Navy yard where Old Ironsides is docked and there is an onboard tour of the ship including below deck where one can see all the canons.
Skip the smart phone. This requires and wide-angle lens on a proper camera. A 18-55 lens is good for on board

Beautiful photo, PM. Recently read a book called Six Frigates, by Ian W. Toll. It tells the detailed story of the U.S.S. Constitution and five other frigates in the founding of the U.S. Navy and their exploits. A wonderful read!
