My artist eye tells me #3, and to crop off only enough on the left side to take out that little sign. Leave the tree on the left. It's simply to the point of the subject, no more, no less.

It seems that number 2 has won. My photo, number 12 didn't receive a single vote although someone whose native language is obviously not English, wrote:
